Transportation from Airports

Tokyo has two international airports, Narita Airport and Haneda Airport. The conference is being held at Keio Plaza Hotel, located near Shinjuku train station. Our five recommended hotels are shown on this map; we suggest that you print and take it along.

From Narita Airport

Narita airport is located about 80 km from the conference hotel, Keio Plaza Hotel.

By Bus

When you arrive, you can take the Airport Limousine bus to reach the hotel (see “Narita Airport [Dep.] → Keio Plaza Hotel [Arr.]”). Tickets can be bought from the Limousine Bus Ticket counter in the arrivals lobby; the price of a ride is 3,100 yen, and the journey will take around 120 minutes. The Bus stops are: Shinjuku Station West Exit, Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal, Keio Plaza Hotel, Hyatt Regency Tokyo, Shinjuku Washington Hotel, Park Hyatt Tokyo, Hilton Tokyo, Century Southern Tower, Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku (see the bus stops map). Every bus stops at Shinjuku Station West Exit, but different buses generally stop at different bus stops. Please refer to the hotel map and find a suitable bus stop for your hotel.

By Train

Alternatively, you can take a train, JR Narita Express NEX, to reach Shinjuku station; the price of a ride is 3,190 yen and the journey takes 81 minutes. The Keio Plaza Hotel is reachable through an underpass from the JR Shinjuku West Exit – just start from the pretzel-like bus terminal on the hotel map and follow the dotted line. You will find the hotel on your left at the end of the underpass.

You can also take another train, Skyliner, but there is no direct service, and you would need to transfer to the Yamanote line at Nippori station. The total price of rides is 2670 yen and the journey takes about 70 minutes.
