Accommodation Cancellation Policy
SIGIR is not involved in the hotel booking process. It is, however possible to book your accomodation through the registration system. The organisation running that has asked us to add the following message to this web site:
Deposits are non-refundable at Tuesday 03 June 2014 and will be forfeited if you either cancel your accommodation on or after Tuesday 03 June 2014 or you do not arrive on the date you are booked to check in. If the deposit payment has not been received by Friday 30 May 2014 the system will automatically cancel the booking. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers.
