Location

The conference will be held in Pilestredet 46 at Oslo and Akershus University College's campus located in downtown Oslo. All conference activities will take place on campus. Close to the campus, there are several hotels and accommodation possibilities in all price ranges.

Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (HiOA) is Norway's largest state university college, with a student body of 17 500 students and 1 900 employees. The Department of Archivistics, Library and Information Science has 550 students and a staff of 40. The department offers bachelor programs in library and information science and archival science, and master and PhD programs in library and information science.

Many of Oslo's main tourist attractions are within comfortable walking distance from campus. It is also easy to get around the city using trams, buses and subway.
