Extra banquet tickets may be purchased at the registration desk for US$75 each.
Tutorial registration fee includes tutorial notes. Conference registration fee includes one copy of the conference proceedings, the poster and demo session, a reception on the evening of July 29, a banquet on the evening of July 30, and a box lunch for the business meeting. One-Day fee includes one copy of the conference proceedings and access to that day's sessions. A One-Day Conference registration does not include admission to the banquet; tickets may be purchased separately. Workshops registration fee includes lunch and workshop notes.
