ICTIR Conference registration fee for in person attendance includes the following:

  • Main Conference (July 23)
  • Lunch
  • Coffee breaks
  • One ticket to attend SIGIR Welcome Reception (evening, July 23)
    This ticket is for the attendees with ICTIR conference registration. For attendees with ICTIR+SIGIR Passport registration, one ticket will be provided as a part of the SIGIR Passport.

**: The student rate is available only to those who have student status at the time of the conference. Student non-members are required to submit a scanned copy (either jpg/jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID when completing the online registration form.

All authors who submit the paper to ICTIR will receive discount code
in the notification mail for the early registration for Package
Registration (ICTIR + SIGIR). This code will be valid only for Package
Registration (ICTIR + SIGIR) until June 26.
