Nick Belkin is a Distinguished Professor of Information Science at the School of Communication & Information, Rutgers University.

Katriina Bystrom is a Professor of Library and Information Science at Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences in Norway.

Falk Scholer is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Information Technology at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.

Jeff Huang is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Brown University whose research interests span human-computer interaction and information retrieval across the domains of mobile devices, self-tracking, games, and web search.

Soo Young Rieh is an Associate Professor in the School of Information at the University of Michigan. She directs the Master of Science in Information (MSI) Program and leads the Information Behavior and Interactions (IBI) Research Group.

Preben Hansen is an Associate Professor in human-computer interaction and information seeking in the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences’ unit of Interaction Design and Design for Learning at Stockholm University. Hansen also heads the Design and Collaborative Technologies Group and is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Jacek Gwizdka is an Assistant Professor in the School of Information at the University of Texas, Austin. He is interested in cognitive and affecting phenomena in human information interaction, and he co-runs the Information eXperience Lab.

Vivek Singh is an Assistant Professor in the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University, where he directs the Behavioral Informatics Lab.

Xiaojun Yuan is an Associate Professor in the Information Science Department of College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University at Albany, State University of New York.

Roberto Gonzalez-Ibanez is an Assistant Professor at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile.

Fernando Diaz is a Senior Research at Microsoft and Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at New York University. Currently, he also serves as a Visiting Researcher at New York University’s Center for Urban Science and Progress.

Michael Cole is a Research Scientist at LexisNexis who focuses on designing adaptable information systems.

Kaitlin Costello is an Assistant Professor of Library and Information Science in the School of Communication at Rutgers University. Her research focuses on information seeking behavior related to health.
