1. Key roles: What are the reasons that the vast majority of decision-making positions (i.e., key roles) are held by men? Is it because the men at the top (i.e., the decision-makers) are picking other males over females? Or is it only because the candidate pool on the market is mostly male? What are potential solutions to address this issue?

2. Gender pay inequality: As previously discussed in the SIGIR 2019 WIR meeting, reports show that even in the same faculty / administrative position, women are paid less than men. How can this problem of pay disparity be addressed?

3. Dealing with biases: How do we work together to fight against the hidden biases against women in science and technology? What hidden biases have you experienced and/or overcome in your career?
