Students and researchers with 10 years of research experience or less may qualify for financial support (including registration) and can apply through the following application form.

Tutorial registration includes tutorial notes and lunch.Workshop registration includes working notes and lunch.
Chatsworth House visit tickets include coach and entrance fees. Places are limited, so early booking is advised.

Member Rates
To qualify for member rates, you must be a member of BCS IRSG, ACM SIGIR or ACM SIGWEB.
Terms of Payment
All fees should be paid in advance in UK pounds, using credit card (Mastercard, Visa or JCB) or debit card (Switch, Delta or Solo).
Clearly state your credit card details on the registration form. If the given information is wrong or the credit company does not give authorisation
to charge your account, the conference organisers reserve the right to charge an administration surcharge.
Letter of Confirmation/Receipt
A confirmation and a receipt of your paid fees will be sent to you by e-mail after full payment has been authorised.
Terms of Cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing by contacting the above address at least 24 hours prior to the start of the conference.
A £100 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation is made before 7th May 2004. From 7th May 2004 - 15th July 2004, a cancellation fee of 50% of
the registration fees will be charged for non-members and members, and £100 for students. From 16th July 2004, registration fees will not be
refunded. Refunds will be made after 29th July 2004.
