  • November 14, 2003 - Mentoring deadline.*

  • January 26, 2004 - Paper submissions due.

  • February 27, 2004 - Tutorials, workshops, demonstrations and posters due.

  • April 12, 2004 - Notification of acceptance for all submissions.

  • May 9, 2004 - Final text due.

  • July 25, 2004 - Conference opens.

    • *Authors who are unsure about how best to prepare a paper for SIGIR may submit a draft by this date and receive feedback from an experienced SIGIR author.
