BOSTON HARBOR CRUISEWednesday July 22nd 8PM-10PM. We still have few tickets left.It is mandatory that you bring a coat/jacket/jersey etc, because it can get quite cold on the ocean.
On the Historic Boston Harbor Cruise, you will enjoy the
sights and sounds of historic Boston. See Boston's contemporary and
historic sites including landmarks, developments, and more. Experience
the treasures and history of Boston's waterfront with our expertly
narrated tour. How to get thereWe are organizing a group leaving from Sheraton at 7:15. Meeting in the hotel lobby; we are going to use public transportation, but it is already paid, so you don't have to worry about getting subway tickets and so on. The group is going to be guided by the SIGIR staff to the cruise and back to the hotel. Alternatively, you can spend (on your own) more of your late afternoon in Boston Harbor area, which has many attractions, including various food places. If you choose to do so, please make sure to be at the cruise site on Long Warf at 7:40PM or earlier. We posted a map below indicating the cruise starting/ending point location.
If you for any reason do not plan to leave from Sheraton, you should make it to the Aquarium T Station on the Blue line by 7:30PM and then walk towards the Long Warf. Use the map below for guidance. General directions: take the Green line to Government Center and switch to Blue line for 2 stops to Aquarium Station |
