The 46th ACM SIGIR conference, will be run as a hybrid conference \u2013 in person in Taiwan, with support for remote participation, from July 23rd to 27th, 2023. We cordially invite all those working in areas related to IR to submit original proposals for demonstrations.<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrations present first-hand experience with research prototypes or operational systems. They provide opportunities to exchange ideas gained from implementing IR systems and obtain feedback from expert users. Proposals from startups and industry players are also welcomed. Accepted demonstration submissions will appear in the conference proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>A good demonstration submission should be interesting to a SIGIR audience and should show a novel solution to a problem. The demonstration submission should address the following questions: Who is your target user? Why does your system exist and why is it important? What problem is your system trying to address? What does your demonstration do and how does it work? What does it look like? How does it compare with existing systems? It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that the PDF submission has been uploaded successfully. We suggest downloading the PDF after submission to check it is ok. Submissions that are over the page limit and incomplete submissions will be rejected without review. Authors should also go through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/policies\/authorship\">ACM\u2019s authorship policy<\/a> before making a submission.<\/p>\n<p>Suitable LaTeX, Word, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.overleaf.com\/gallery\/tagged\/acm-official\">Overleaf<\/a> templates for SIGIR are available from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/proceedings-template\">ACM Website<\/a> (use \u2018sigconf\u2019 proceedings template). Papers should be submitted electronically via the EasyChair SIGIR2023 demo paper submission site. At least one author of each accepted demonstration must register and attend the conference.<\/p>\n<p>To help reviewers and readers of your demonstration paper intuitively and fully understand your system, your demonstration submission should include either a link to a video recording or a link to the online web interface of your system (login details shall be specified in your submission if applicable).<\/p>\n<p>Please note that, unlike short and full paper submissions, demonstration submissions are <strong>single blind<\/strong>. You are not expected to take measures to conceal your identity from reviewers.<\/p>\n<p>Authors should note that changes to the author list after the submission deadline are not allowed without permission from the PC Chairs.<\/p>\n<p>At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for, attend, and present the work at the conference or the paper will not appear in the
