Banquet

The banquet will be held on Tuesday July 10 at the Henry Ford Museum. The Henry Ford is a 200-acre National Historic Landmark housing 26 million artifacts, including Thomas Edison’s Menlo Park laboratory, Henry Ford’s Quadricycle, the Rosa Parks Bus, the world’s oldest steam engine, and Buckminster Fuller’s Dymaxion House. It also hosts elegant dining facilities. The Museum is located about 40 minutes by car from UM campus, which would be accessed from the conference by chartered bus.

Conference registration will include the cost of one banquet ticket, which would cover:

  • Transport from UM campus via chartered bus to and from the Museum
  • Hors d’oeuvres reception, with butler-passed items
  • Entrée Dinner with choice of Meat/Fish (dinner salad included, vegetarian and other dietary options available)
  • Drinks, including bottled water, juices, and red/white wine
  • Plated Dessert
  • All-access Museum entry
